consulting company which provides professional engineering, training,
technical O&M consulting and staff support services. These services are
generally provided in the areas of industrial, water & waste water, and
other utility systems operations such as steam, hot water & electric
power generation, building HVAC systems, and similar facility operations;
particularly in the efficient management and utilization of personnel,
energy, rotating equipment, boilers, steam and combustion turbines, diesel
engine driven components, etc.
As an energy conversion and utilization engineering consulting firm, A&A
has selected and reviewed specific energy enhancing products presently on the
market and proven. These products include Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers,
Adjustable Frequency AC motor Drives for controlling the speed of pumps and
fans; boiler controlling devices designed to save on fuel consumption; and
refrigeration & air conditioning compressor performance enhancers. From
these surveys, A&A contracted with those suppliers/manufacturers and
subcontractors found to be the best in their field to act as Factory
Representative or OEM contact for their respective products and/or services.
Since its beginning in 1988, A&A has grown steadily due to high quality
professional support services provided to clients, and the A&A unique
flexibility and ability to adapt to each client’s specifically defined
needs.
ARNOLD & ASSOCIATES, INC. is an organization of many, well qualified;
O&M experienced employees and Associates. This available manpower,
technical competence and attendant individual professionalism is available
for the increasing number of O&M type services demanded by
technical-manpower and energy intensive industries, as well as energy
dependent entities. The A&A organization provides operations services to
fossil fueled power generation, renewable resource fueled power generation,
petroleum handling and storage facilities, petrochemical plants, chemical
manufacturing and processing plants, alternative energy source plants, pulp
and paper plants, diesel engine users, co-generation and IPP companies, combined-cycle
configured power plants, and combustion turbine powered generation. These
O&M personnel services are valuable to facility owners and/or managers
requiring well qualified and experienced Field Engineers, Power Operations
Engineers, excellent Operations / maintenance types, and Laboratory
technicians (licensed, certified, or similarly qualified).
In addition to traditional operations and maintenance services, A&A
provides a wide range of complementary plant support services, including
contracted responsibility for the initial or long term operation and
maintenance of new and existing energy plants, potable water utility plants,
and waste water treatment plants.
A&A provides mechanical and electrical project management, craftsmen for
installation, field engineering / commissioning and maintenance support
services relative to any products or services recommended and/or provided by
A&A by contract or purchase agreement terms and conditions.
A&A can provide the highest quality facility O&M personnel, and can
provide the necessary O&M training for client personnel to establish
plant programs and controls, thus enabling our clients' career personnel to
take over owned facilities at the end of a specified interim operations
contract period. Contracts vary from firm fixed pricing arrangements to time
and material, depending upon the well-defined or loosely defined scope of
work specified.
